位於南崖。達摩籠袖，跣足而立，頭戴風帽，微右傾，面相豐圓，無絡腮卷鬚，雙耳墜圓璫，無頭光，身著通肩袈裟，以靛藍為底，畫如意雲圈，中嵌牡丹。其像左側存有題記「當佛弟子□□□鐫造達摩□□□此生來世福報淳熙丁酉（1177）孟冬望日題」。
