菩薩戴高聳寶冠，頭頂纏花環或頭巾，於冠頂形成一個圓環，髮辮長垂披肩。面相豐腴，白毫浮凸，顴骨隆起，表情嚴肅。佩戴大耳璫、項鍊，左肩斜披珠串式聖線，帔帛繞臂。下著長腰布，飾平行線條衣紋。右手當胸，執象徵慈悲的金剛杵，左手張肘擱於腿上，持象徵智慧的金剛鈴，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上。蓮瓣肥厚，瓣尖狀若圓珠。仰蓮瓣上方刻豎線紋及聯珠紋。蓮座下為方形台座，素面無飾。作品可能源自喀什米爾、印度拉達克或喜馬偕爾邦（Himachal Pradesh）。
