法海寺四菩薩像
中國
位於大雄寶殿東西二壁。二壁壁畫分上下二部分，上部繪十方佛赴會圖，有四菩薩、五方佛、六觀音及飛天，此為其中之四菩薩。四菩薩一般指普賢、觀音、文殊、彌勒等四位與眾生因緣最深之菩薩；或指《妙法蓮華經》卷五〈從地踊出品〉所記載之上行菩薩、無邊行菩薩、淨行菩薩及安立行菩薩等。此四菩薩受佛咐囑於末法濁世出現，以宣弘《法華經》。
四菩薩均結跏趺坐於蓮座上，戴寶冠，面相圓滿，五官清秀，瓔珞嚴身。手或執寶扇，或結印，或持經卷，或拿金剛杵，身後有圓形頭光和身光。左右兩尊略側身面向中間。菩薩背景畫五彩祥雲，在空白處填滿石青，人物刻劃精妙傳神。
