Avalokitesvara Holding a Willow Branch

觀音戴化佛蓮花寶冠，披白色頭巾，面相略顯豐腴，雙目微微下視，頸佩項圈，袈裟上有鉤紐。右手持柳枝，右腳盤屈，左腳下踏於蓮上，自在地坐於束腰須彌座上。
畫面右側上方一童子從天而降，其右手托荷葉，雙臂飄帶飛揚，具風動感。下方亦有一童子，右手托荷葉上舉，呈單腿跳躍狀。
此圖觀音神態悠閑恬淡，童子身姿靈活舒展。觀音周圍之物，如寶蓋、須彌座、欄楯及地板等強化了畫面的界畫意味，與細勁工整之用線、沉著雅致之設色相得益彰。
