藏名稱班丹拉姆（dpal ldan lha mo）。該像一面三目四臂，右主臂捧嘎巴拉碗，左主臂握●（Q）索；右上手舉劍，左上手持戟。頭戴五骷髏冠，髮髻堆卷，呈火焰上揚，口咬人屍，全身瓔珞繁飾，足套腳鍊，舒坐於黃騾上。騾披的人皮氈毯，可見頸部多一手一腿，臀多一手一眼，腹部倒掛一人頭，踏行於血海中。坐騎左前腿側有一矮小的獸面馬僮，回首仰望吉祥天女。
長圓形底座的整圈聯珠紋與蓮瓣紋，為典型明代（1368～1644）密教底座紋飾式樣。底座正面刻有「大明永樂年（1403～1424）施」，顯示該像由明代朝廷鑄造，銅鎏金局部施彩，工藝精巧。
