柬埔寨暹粒省暹粒市聖劍寺出土
柬埔寨暹粒省暹粒市吳哥城（Angkor Thom, Siem Reap）聖劍寺（Preah Khan Temple）出土。承襲吳哥時期（約9～15世紀）將皇室人物神格化的作風，此菩薩像據推測依闍耶跋摩七世（Jayavarman VII，1181～約1220在位）的王妃闍耶拉嘉黛維（Jayarajadevi）肖像而造。
此像雙膝跪地作祈禱狀，流露出寧靜祥和之感。面作橢圓形，髮際齊整，髮絲縷縷分明，梳高髻，上刻化佛。斂目，眉棱凸出，鼻梁高挺，豐唇，微含笑意。袒上身，著及膝裙，上淺刻各式細膩的紋樣。纖細秀麗的面貌和飽滿結實的身軀，比例完美，雖保存未臻完好，仍無損雕像自然散發的靈性氣質，清晰地呈現出深沉的冥想神態。
