Bingling Temple Cave 3: Four-Headed Bodhisattva
炳靈寺石窟第3窟菩薩像
甘肅永靖
位於南壁下層。菩薩像四面八臂，除多出的三面和六臂外，與同壁小龕東側上方雙手持蓮的菩薩像在頭部、身形、服飾、頭光、身光等方面都十分相似。菩薩像四面，正面左邊多兩面，右邊多一面，均戴花冠，臉形較為豐腴。正面梳錐形高髻，戴項飾、臂釧、腕釧和腳環。袒上身，胸腹綴寶輪珠飾，雙肩有黑色羽狀飾物，綠色的帔帛敷搭雙肩下垂繞兩手臂，下著短裙，白色長巾於腰際兩側打結，短帶前垂。
菩薩有八臂，兩主臂分別在胸前和體側持有金剛杵和蓮花，餘六臂在肩後依次排列；左三臂由上到下分別結手印、持寶弓和寶鉤，右三臂分持寶螺、寶箭和●（上四+下絹）Q索。
