位於釋迦殿，恭立於主尊釋迦牟尼佛右側。普賢菩薩手持蓮花，頭戴簪花高冠。面相豐腴，雙目微闔，神情虔敬端莊。飾臂釧、腕釧，肩披帔巾，著長裙，飄帶沿肩順臂飄垂而下，衣紋線條轉折流暢。該像造型簡練，且呈現出明代（1368～1644）塑像趨向人性化的親切風格。
