位於北京市海淀區香山東麓碧雲寺天王殿。此像採布袋和尚契此的造型。契此為五代後梁（907～923）僧人，傳為彌勒之應化身，常以杖荷一布袋，見物則乞，故人稱「布袋和尚」。《景德傳燈錄》卷二十七載其言行和形象。
此彌勒面形豐圓，彎眉相連，笑容滿面，大耳垂肩。身披袈裟，袒胸露腹，衣紋線條流暢，袈裟邊緣團花紋飾精細，與渾圓的形體協調統一。竪右腿盤左腿屈肱而坐，左手捏布袋，右手撫膝，氣度豁達。此作品將彌勒超然自得、隨遇而安的神情表現得淋漓盡致。
