位於菩薩殿。為該殿之主尊，左右分立大梵天與帝釋天，四周懸塑四百餘尊菩薩。
觀音頭戴龕形寶冠，相貌豐潤，典雅端莊。袒上身，胸飾瓔珞，臂、腕戴寶釧，衣帶隨體下垂，著朱紗裙，於滿壁青綠的壁塑背景之前，顯得格外醒目突出。菩薩二十六臂，配置對稱，手指纖細，當胸雙手作說法印，其他手或結印，或持不同法器，半跏趺坐於草紋須彌座上，座下有海水蛟龍。
造型嚴謹，色彩鮮明，是明代（1368～1644）同類題材中極為出色的作品。
