大足寶頂山石窟大佛灣第18龕觀無量壽經變相之上品中生
重慶大足
位於七折欄楯下部、上品上生圖的左側。圖中刻西方三聖並立，中為阿彌陀佛，現半身，雙手於胸前結印。佛左為觀音，左手於身側作接引印，右手於胸前托紫金台。佛右為大勢至，左手托蓮台，右手撫蓮花化生童子頭。童子雙手合十，結跏趺坐於蓮座上，肩飾坎肩，胸飾瓔珞。
觀音頭部左上有一飛天，雙手合十，頭戴花冠，裸上身，背生雙翅。飛天下方刻蓮花化生童子結跏趺坐於蓮座上，雙手於胸前合十。
西方三聖下有一方榜題，題「西方淨土上品中生」，刻與之相關的經文內容。榜題兩旁各有二童子坐於蓮座上，雙手合十，榜題之前有跪姿童子。
