大足北山石窟第9龕千手觀音變相
重慶大足
位於窟群南段。平頂龕，寬2.7公尺，高2.9公尺，進深1.42公尺。據第2龕《韋君靖碑》中，「鑿出金仙現千手眼之威神，具八十種之相好」的文字推測，所指即此龕像。
主尊千手觀音位於正壁，倚坐於金剛座上，頭戴花鬘寶冠，頂出兩道毫光，化成祥雲，飛天翱翔於雲頭。觀音胸前雙手合十，胸下兩手於腹前結禪定印，腹下兩手置膝上，肩上二手捧化佛於冠頂。身側其餘執法器的各手已殘斷，可見瓶、鈴等法器，項後圓形背光中整齊地雕有一圈手臂，象徵千手。主尊座下左側圓雕一胡跪餓鬼托碗乞食，頭已殘；右側圓雕一跪姿老者，瘦骨嶙峋，捧口袋求施。
龕左右兩壁造像分四層，下層刻脇侍菩薩及侍者像，上三層皆浮雕雲頭，雲頭上刻十方佛、文殊、普賢、護法天眾、雷神、雨師等。
