日本十三至十四世紀作品。磬為寺院常見法器之一，亦是平日行事或召集僧眾的鳴器。通常懸掛於佛寺中，配以小鎚，擊之而鳴。
磬作盛開蓮花形，高8.9公分，寬16.8公分。青銅質，表面可見鎏金遺痕，其形式較為少見。底部為三層仰蓮，蓮瓣厚實，瓣緣淺刻雙輪廓線，整體呈現立體感。蓮瓣中央有凸起蓮蓬，為擊鳴所在，上有蓮子十顆，作小圓圈狀；周緣以八邊連弧紋相接。上方左右各設一環扣，可供懸掛。
