水月觀音菩薩像

據題記載「功德主咸安郡夫人尹氏」，得知此圖為王室貴族發願所作。
觀音戴寶冠，胸佩瓔珞，臂戴環釧，紋飾璀璨。右手拈花，左手輕置膝上，自然垂下，半跏趺坐於水中岩石上。化佛位於正上方圓光內，頗為特殊。觀音右側置淨瓶，內插楊柳；右下方立有合掌參拜的善財童子，觀音與善財頭部均帶圓形頭光。畫面以岩窟山水為背景，林木茂密，泉流水池，香草輕柔。此圖以金泥細線描繪在紫紺色絹布上，菩薩、童子身軀塗上金彩，更顯金碧輝煌。
