金剛亥母，為勝樂金剛周圍神祇之一。此像豬頭人身，身軀碩壯。頭戴骷髏冠，佩法輪耳璫，三目圓睜，鬚眉似焰熾盛，赤髮兩圈如火焰上揚。身披聯珠瓔珞，肩披人頭鬘，盤繞兩臂後懸垂胸前，展右足立於圓形束腰的蓮台上。
