Bezeklik Cave 18: Illustration of the Medicine Buddha Sutra

原新疆吐魯番柏孜克里克石窟第18窟主室南壁
原位於主室南壁。畫面上方正中為藥師佛，面部已殘損，帶裝飾繁縟的頭光與身光；身穿褒衣博帶式袈裟，作說法印，結跏趺坐於蓮座上。佛兩側高座上為日光、月光菩薩，衣飾華麗，上有寶蓋；周圍遍繪合掌禮拜的菩薩、天人和比丘。
佛左下側為十二藥叉大將，均戴獸頭冠；右下側為九曜，手中各執不同的圖像，如紅日、皓月或樂器。畫面最下方為兩排橫列圖畫，以豎條榜題作為界欄，區分出三十幅高、寬各約20公分的方格形圖，題材表現的可能是藥師佛十二大願和供養藥師佛可脫離九種橫死。
此構圖緊湊而不亂，人物刻劃生動細膩，用色鮮豔絢爛，適切地表現出藥師佛說法，十方菩薩、諸天和僧眾來集的場景。
