Sarnath: Standing Buddha

印度北方邦鹿野苑遺址出土
印度北方邦瓦拉那西（Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh）鹿野苑（Sarnath）出土。造像確切年代不詳，一般認為該像造於三世紀，是模仿貴霜王朝迦膩色迦王三年（約131）銘的佛立像所作的復古作品。
佛頭部及右前臂已損毀。正面直立，左手張肘當腰，平肩闊胸。偏袒右肩的袈裟輕薄貼體，上半身的衣紋完全為陰刻的細線，與迦膩色迦王三年銘的佛立像左臂上凸起的衣紋明顯不同，體型雖然同樣壯碩，但整體處理趨向平板化，當腰的左手亦比原作顯得較為柔軟與靈活。
