新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番市鄯善縣吐峪溝石窟發現。此圖賦色柔和淡雅，應為大型經變相的局部。
畫面左為飛天童子，右為伎樂。童子裸形，臂繞帔帛，迎風飛揚，手中持物。臉頰部分用朱色渲染，腦後則染以青色，額頂只留一撮頭髮，整個頭部的表現非常豐富結實。其身體線條勾勒準確，描繪出孩童的體態特徵，極為生動。
