This mandala has four round tiers and is 21.5 cm high and 15 cm in diameter. The base is made of gilt silver decorated with repoussé of seven treasures: lotuses, a Dharma wheel, jewel, minister, general, queen, elephant, and horse. The four tiers of the mandala are embroidered with strings of coral beads and pearl flowers. Each tier is filled with white rice.
There is a Dharma wheel in the lotus bud at the top, supported by a vase, lotus petals, and a stemmed foot. The Dharma wheel has a ruby embedded in its center. The lotus bud is fringed with beads and decorated with two golden fish and a canopy on top.
