Chen Hao

Chen Hao was a painter who is said to have followed the style of Wu Daozi in his painting techniques. He used vibrant colors and became particularly well-known for his depictions of Buddhist and Daoist figures. He was reputed for the over 200 mural paintings he completed alongside Fan Qiong and Peng Jian, at various temples in Chengdu, Sichuan, all noted to be vastly different from one another. The murals were painted at five temples in Chengdu, namely Daci, Shengshou, Shengxing, Jingzhong, and Zongxing Temples.
His accomplishments were recorded in Records of Famous Paintings in Yizhou as well as Overview of Paintings.
