These images are to the right and left of the entrance on the front (east) wall of the main chamber. On the left is a standing image of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva bestowing the seven treasures. The Bodhisattva’s headdress contains an image of Amitabha Buddha and has hanging jeweled pendants and ribbons. The figure wears a golden dress and a red stole over the arms. The left hand is raised in a mudra, and treasures such as coral, jewels and coins fall from the right palm. Behind the figure are swirling red and yellow clouds. Another image of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva stands to the right, holding a vase in the left hand. The figure wears a carmine red dress and a green stole, and stands barefoot upon lotus pedestals.
