This fragment was found by a Russian expedition in the early 20th century. The group of figures appear to be monks. They have long, arched eyebrows, small eyes, and straight noses. Wearing gold jewelry and colorful monastic robes, the monks join their palms or form mudras. Above the group of figures, the bearded face of a heavenly being with wide, fierce eyes is visible.
