Dieu Quang means Wondrous Light, and the pagoda is located within Lien Phai (Lotus School) Temple. The pagoda was erected during the 19th century, while the temple was built in 1726. This is one of two large pagodas found within the temple.
The ten-story hexagonal pagoda stands on a hexagonal base. On each level there is a balcony and an arched doorway. The pagoda contains the relics of Patriarch Dieu Quang, as well as those of other patriarchs.
