Bronze
According to an inscription, this incense burner was dedicated to the Buddha within the main hall of Chunghungsa Temple. It was listed as Treasure No. 321 in 1963.
The round base features lotus, scroll leaf, cloud, and ripple patterning. The stem, although relatively short, is also decorated. A number of exquisite patterns appear on the bowl of the burner, such as the four circles of flower patterns which are fringed by a cloud design. Inside each circle there is a Sanskrit seed syllable. The rim is decorated with a lotus pattern and is edged by ripple and rectangular patterns.
