Red-character square seal
This square seal consists of eight characters that are orderly arranged in three rows based on their sizes. Carved in sinuous seal script, the characters feature distinct curves with strokes that are bold and firm, all of which are characteristics of seals from the Ming (1368–1644) and Qing (1644–1911) dynasties. The seal as a whole is engraved with immense skill and precision, and the style reflects an elegant and refined sensibility.
