The bell is thought to have been excavated from a site in North Gyeongsang. It was cast in 1169.
The crown is in the shape of a swirling dragon, next to which there is an acoustic tube encircled with cloud-like patterns. The shoulder is decorated with a crown-like design, below which there is a floral pattern. Four square panels containing nine studs appear on the upper part, and the middle is adorned with apsaras. The raised boss consists of multiple lotus petals, while the rim is outlined with a floral pattern.
