This silver oil lamp was recovered from the underground palace of Famen Temple Pagoda in 1987. It was likely used for making Buddhist offerings.
The height of the whole lamp is 20.3 cm. The bowl is 6.3 cm deep and has a diameter of 16 cm. It is supported by a circular tiered base. When the lamp is polished, its smooth surfaces shine brightly.
