The two Buddhas, Sakyamuni and Prabhutaratna, are seated side by side upon a plain square base, while above them, there is a figure of another meditating Buddha. All three figures have nimbuses and wear monastic robes. Disciples stand on either side of the main Buddhas with hands joined in reverence. A mountain censer flanked by two lions and two warriors is on the base at the bottom.
Arching above the figures are two rows of apsaras holding garlands that are discharged from the mouths of the two dragons. The dragons support a pagoda.
Inscriptions are engraved on the sides and at the back of the base, stating the sculpture was completed in 595 and restored with color in 1519. The sculpture was dedicated to the longevity of the emperor, monastics, the parents of the donors and all sentient beings according to the inscription.
