These figures are painted on both sides outside the back (west) wall niche. The Bodhisattvas are adorned with golden crowns, necklaces, and bracelets. They stand barefoot on lotus pedestals. The three figures on the left of the niche are bare-chested and wrapped in stoles with long lower garments. The central figure holds a golden flowers with both hands, while the one on the right holds a golden flower and a lotus bud.
To the right of the niche, the central Bodhisattva holds a lotus jewel in one hand and a vase in the other, and is dressed like the three Bodhisattvas on the left. The other two figures wear long robes over their shoulders. One holds a golden flower in the right hand and a lotus stem in the left, while the other holds a lotus jewel in the right hand and golden beads in the left hand.
