This mural is found on the left wall of the protector shrine located to the left of the main shrine. The left and right walls of the shrine are painted with devotees, mostly female, as well as a number of apsaras. The human figures have long, slim legs and hands, and are drawn with bold outlines. The paintings in this shrine are strikingly different from other murals within the cave, but the reason for this is unclear.
The central noble woman has a slim waist and stands out slightly from the others. The woman on the far left carries a tray of flowers, while the woman on the far right holds a child. In front of the noble women are several smaller figures. On the upper floor women lean on the railing, looking down. The scene is crowded and cheerful, depicting a grand offering event.
