The Ordination Platform is located in Geumsansa (Golden Mountain Temple). It was built during the Goryeo dynasty (918–1392) and listed as Treasure No. 26 in 1963.
The 2.3 m high platform consists of two levels with a stupa on top. The platform is carved with Buddha and Dharma protector images on its faces, as well as the Four Heavenly Kings on the corners. There are traces of railings on the lower level. On the upper level there stands a stupa on a low square base, which is decorated with lion heads on the four corners. The ovoid stupa body is adorned with flowery motifs at the bottom. Nine dragon heads rest above the stupa body. A stone lotus sits above the dragon heads, topped with a round jewel as finial. The stupa was built in the late Unified Silla dynasty (668–935) and has Indian stylistic features.
