Silver
This gilt silver reliquary vessel contains an assortment of relics. It was made using chasing and hammering techniques, and is in gourd-shaped with a lotus shape at the top. The lower part is much wider than the upper, and embossed lines and scroll leaf patterns are featured on its surface. A lotus pattern is found on the shoulder and base.
The reliquary vessel is exquisite and a rare example from the Song dynasty(960–1127).
